KB3013455 Uninstaller

KB3013455 has been causing some problems on older installs of Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows Server Edition 2003. This script uninstalls this particular patch. However, we do not recommend removing this patch as it is a critical security update. Instead it is best to install KB3037639 which will fix the font display issues.
