Procedure Windows 7 Slow Patch Scan Part 1 (KB3177467)

Installs KB3177467 that will resolve patch scan speed and accuracy inconsistencies.

Stops the Windows Update Service.
Delete folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
Starts the service.
Installs KB3177467 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3177467)
Forced Reboot
