Temp folder cleanup

Deletes all files and folder in the following directories:

C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\Prefetch
C:\Documents and Settings\*\Local Settings\Temp
C:\Users\*\Appdata\Local\Temp.

Logs the free space before and after the cleanup. Can report using $tempcleanup$.
