Subscribing to ClubMSP gives you immediate access to our content and training, and as such, the initial purchase is non-refundable. This is a subscription based system, and each program will bill on a recurring schedule (quarterly or monthly) until stopped by purchaser. Subscriptions can be stopped by using the link in your initial confirmation email, by logging into your 2Checkout account, or by sending an email with your name and order number to sales AT virtualadministrator.com.

Subscriber understand that the VIP program is an annual commitment, billed monthly. If the subscriber doesn’t take advantage of any of the 1-on-1 consulting, then they may cancel at any time.

Subsequent renewals of the basic package should be cancelled before the next billing date, but Virtual Administrator will issue a refund if a request for cancellation is received within 48 hours after the renewal date. This only applies to subsequent quarterly renewals of the Basic program, and monthly renewals of the VIP program after the first year, or if no consulting is used.
