CCleaner Disable Run At Startup

Script deletes all registry entries for CCleaner to run at start up and logon. It starts by deleting all LOCAL_Machine entries and deletes all CURRENT_USER entries if user is logged in, it will reschedule 6 times every 60 mins if no user is logged in or until a user is logged in. Script then writes to script log if successful
