Adds Current Or Last Logged On User To Local Admin Group

Script checks to see if a user is logged in, if so script uses net localgroup /ADD command to add user to Local Admins Group. If no user is logged in, it will add the last logged on user to the Local Admins Group.(DO NOT run on Domain Controller) Script then writes which user was added to script log if successful.
