In the past this cumulative denied patch list made more sense. But now with the introduction of Windows Rollups often patches that are denied eventually find themselves on machines regardless of what you do to avoid them installing. While we do try to keep this list up to date you will often find much more relevent advice for new machines located in our monthly patch digests. These digests give up-to-date information on patches that may be causing problems with client machines and if you should temporarily deny any of these patches.

If you have a machine (or machines) you’re trying to bring up to speed, then the following list will include all the patches that we have denied in the past year and a half so you don’t install any duds.
