CCleaner Install(Run at Login)

This is the INSTALL ONLY version CCleaner Slim (no extras) script.  This will install the current version of CCLeaner on the system, and will update the registry with the common settings.  User should be logged in for it to run correctly.  It will also add registry entry to allow CCleaner to run everytime they log in.
